Place Order

Robbi navigated the check-out process with little problems.  He liked the navigation bar that helped him understand where he was in the process.  He disliked how he could not return to the previous page. A back button was added for easier use.

Industry Expert Insight

Terri: For customers to order flowers, I did not think that it was ever that difficult. The only thing is the photographs that these conglomerates present, if you take a look at an FTD site or the Teleflora website to order flowers, the photographs are a little deceiving and deceptive.

Track Delivery

Watch as Robbi navigates the track delivery flow.  He needed guidance to complete the task. In reality, the track delivery would not be a flow users click through. The customer would get notifications via email that has a link to the page on the website. This made testing hard.
