This interview was an important part of developing the app because I realized the importance of why accessibility options were beneficial to all users. As a millennial, my choices are influenced by being immersed in technology my entire life.  I forget that many people are inept at navigating technology. James’s wife who does his payroll prefers to call in the weekly submits instead of submitting them online.  After this interview I realized I would be leaving out an entire target audience if I did not provide an alternative option to submit payroll besides through the app.
